One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the check-in process. I experienced a bit of a fiasco with the room assignment and billing, which was not handled professionally by the staff.

The hotel is just 15 km from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and Union Station can be reached in just one stop by metro, making it ideal for travelers on the go. the hotel is only 0.4 km from NoMa-Gallaudet U Station, providing easy access to public transportation.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of thorough explanation at check-in. We were not informed about using the key for the elevator or re-entering the building after hours.

We all had a very comfortable stay in this contemporaryhotel. It was in a perfect location with Harris Teeter nearby.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, luxurious room, great view. Excellant service and a great pool onsite. We liked our coffee with goodies at Starbucks.

Unfortunately, the rooms had cleanliness issues, including stained sheets and dirty carpets. Parking was inconvenient and valet was full. The hotel is not recommended due to safety concerns in the area.

Additionally, the hotel offers coffee in the morning and valet service, although the latter can be expensive at $50 per night.
